By using promiseit.io and creating a public promise, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

• Binding Commitment: Every promise you make is binding. The staked USDC is irrevocably transferred to the smart contract.
• Loss of Stake: If you fail to fulfill your promise—determined by AI or human judges—you will permanently lose your stake. Refunds are not possible.
• Challenge & Evaluation: Other users can challenge your promise. Evaluation is first performed automatically by AI; if you appeal, human judges will review the case.
• Transparency: All promises, challenges, and decisions are publicly visible.
• Disclaimer: promiseit.io is not liable for losses, incorrect AI or judge decisions, or technical errors.
• Privacy: Only data necessary for functionality is stored (wallet address, Twitter ID, promise text, stakes, challenges).
